We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over £130 (UK) or €150 (EU).

Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide from our Hong Kong fulfillment centre. All orders are sent using fully tracked shipping services. You will receive a tracking number via email within 48 hours of your purchase.
Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched on the next business day. Shipping times exclude customs clearance and unforeseen delays. Estimated delivery time depends on the method chosen at checkout.
Track Your Order
Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates typically begin once the shipment is in transit or out for delivery.
Taxes & Customs
European Union (EU) Orders
Applicable import taxes and customs duties are included in your order total for delivery to EU member countries. You will not be required to pay additional import taxes or customs duties on delivery.
If a carrier requests an import tax or customs duty payment for your EU order, please contact us at info@ukteethwhiteningstrips.com with your order number and a copy of the payment request so we can help resolve it.
UK & Other Non-EU Orders
Import taxes and customs duties, where applicable, are not included in the checkout total for destinations outside the EU. You may be required to pay these charges upon delivery. Charges vary by destination and are the recipient's responsibility.
For non-EU orders, if you refuse to pay applicable import charges and the shipment is returned, we cannot refund the original shipping cost. Any fees incurred from the return will also be deducted from your refund.
Undelivered Parcels
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order. We are not liable for undelivered parcels due to incorrect information.
If your parcel is not collected from the postal office and is returned to us:
- A 15% restocking fee and redelivery shipping fee will apply for resending.
- No refund will be offered for uncollected or rejected parcels.
Can We Resend Your Order?
Yes — if your order was undelivered due to an incomplete address or left uncollected at a postal location for more than 14 days, a 15% restocking fee and redelivery fee will be charged.
