We ship worldwide from our Hong Kong fulfillment centre. All orders are sent using fully tracked shipping services. You will receive a tracking number via email within 48 hours of your purchase.

Orders are dispatched on the next business day. Shipping times exclude customs clearance and unforeseen delays. Estimated delivery time depends on the method chosen at checkout.

We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. You may be required to pay import taxes (e.g. VAT, GST) upon delivery. These fees vary by country and are not included in the checkout total.
If you refuse to pay import taxes and the shipment is returned, we cannot refund the original shipping cost. Any fees incurred from the return will also be deducted from your refund.
? Undelivered Parcels
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order. We are not liable for undelivered parcels due to incorrect information.
If your parcel is not collected from the postal office and is returned to us:
